Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 120 g traditional rolled oats
  • 1 cup 250 ml no-sugar-added apple juice
  • 1 cup 250 ml plain yogurt, preferably full fat
  • 1/2 cup 57 g chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup 60 ml maple syrup
  • 2 cups 500 ml mixed berries (chopped strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, halved blackberries)
  • Additional maple syrup to serve

Instructions

  • Combine the oats and apple juice in a large measuring cup or a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes. Mix in the yogurt, nuts, and maple syrup. Gently fold in half of the berries. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve the Maple Berry Muesli with the remaining berries and additional maple syrup, if desired. If the muesli seems thick, you can add a bit of apple juice to loosen it before serving.
  • Maple Berry Muesli can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
