Combine the oats and apple juice in a large measuring cup or a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes. Mix in the yogurt, nuts, and maple syrup. Gently fold in half of the berries. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
SERVING: Serve the maple berry overnight oats topped with the remaining berries and additional maple syrup, if desired. If the overnight oats seem thick, you can mix in a bit of apple juice to loosen it before serving.
STORAGE: This muesli can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
