15 Maple Dessert Recipes: Cookies, Candies, Cakes, Pies, and More!

In Québéc, the first signs of spring mean one thing: it’s maple syrup season! It’s the sweetest of seasons – in fact, it might be my favorite time of year. I certainly have many maple dessert recipes here on this site that make the most of it.

In this list, I’ve pulled together a collection of my favorite maple dessert recipes, allowing you to showcase maple products in all their sweet glory. There’s everything from the incredibly Canadian Maple Leaf Sandwich Cookies to Maple Syrup Fudge. I have cakes and cookies, panna cottas, meringues and tarts and, of course, madeleines and financiers.

There’s a maple-flavored dessert for every baking skill level and I’m sure you’ll find a sweet maple treat for every occasion.

They’re available in every tourist kiosk! They are also one of my favorite maple dessert recipes to make at home and this version, using sablé cookies stuffed with a maple butter filling, is just bursting with maple flavor.
