		<description>I LOVE turkey sausage. I used to eat it all the time as a ground beef substitute. It&#039;s so healthy and flavorful and guiltfree! I never made it myself though and I&#039;m sure it would be better. This certainly looks exceptionally tasty. Another great beef substitute I use a lot is buffalo. It has more protein than beef and less fat than chicken.</description>
